Terms and refunds

Playing on CobbleShine

• CobbleShine is free. You need your own Minecraft: Java Edition account.
• By joining, you agree to follow the server rules. Staff can warn, mute or ban players who break them.
• We work hard to keep the server online and your progress safe, but we can't promise it will never go down or lose data.
• NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.

Supporter ranks

• Supporter ranks are optional. They give cosmetic items and small conveniences on CobbleShine only, as listed on the Ranks page.
• A rank is a lifetime licence to use those perks on your Minecraft account on CobbleShine. It has no real-world value and can't be transferred, exchanged or cashed out.
• Purchases are made through Tebex, which is the seller of record and handles payment, tax and receipts. Tebex's checkout terms apply too.
• You must be 16 or older to buy (this is Tebex's rule). If you're 16 or 17, ask a parent or guardian first. If you're under 16, a parent or guardian can buy a rank for your Minecraft username, or gift it to you.
• Prices are in euro. Tebex shows the final price, including any tax, before you pay.
• We may improve or rework cosmetics over time. If we ever remove a perk you paid for, we'll replace it with something of similar value.

Delivery

Your rank is added the next time you're online on the server, usually within a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived within 24 hours of logging in, e-mail [email protected] with your Tebex transaction ID.

Refunds

• Ranks are digital content delivered straight away. At checkout you agree to immediate delivery, which ends the usual 14-day right to cancel once the rank is delivered.
• Refund requests are handled under Tebex's standard process, as Tebex is the seller of record.
• If something went wrong with a purchase, e-mail [email protected] with your username and transaction ID. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal.
• If a payment is charged back or reversed, the rank is removed and the account may be blocked from future purchases.
• Ranks aren't refunded if an account is banned for breaking the rules.
• None of this affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Real-money trading

Buying or selling CobbleDollars, items, Pokémon, keys or accounts for real money is not allowed and leads to a ban.
