Glimmer supporters can use /pc and /heal from day one. Every player unlocks the same two commands for free after 72 hours of playtime. The rules are the same for everyone: a cooldown, and neither command works during a battle, inside attractions, in gyms, on Victory Road or in the Battle Frontier.
The supporter rank can also be bought in the in-game Rank Shop with CobbleDollars. The in-game route opens once you reach the matching playtime rank:

In-game prices are shown in the Rank Shop. Buying or selling CobbleDollars, items, Pokémon or accounts for real money is against the rules.
Everyone earns these just by playing. They stack with any supporter rank, and your earned badge always stays next to your name.
